If you are underage, you cannot legally work in such an office, and the doctor can get into a lot of trouble for having you and your friend working there. If you are under the legal age to hold working papers (which are issued from your town or city hall- you have to be of a certain age-you can check with your school guidance counselor for ages in your area) you cannot and should not be working in such a job. You may be able to volunteer there in order to learn more about the job. In order to hold a job in the adult world you have to be able to speak up for yourself and not "chicken out." You will also need to improve your spelling and punctuation as you will have to do some paperwork for the office and it has to be clear and concise. Good luck!
