How do you get chlamydia?
Sexually active women and men can get chlamydia through sexual contact with an infected person. Chlamydia can be passed during vaginal, anal, or oral sex. Because there are often no symptoms, people who are infected may unknowingly pass chlamydia to their sex partners

Chlamydia is a sexually transmitted disease, it can only contract from sex, and it is only located in the genitals, There is no possible way your sister could have given you chlamydia from eating from the same spoon as she did. On the other hand, you can contract chlamydia from a toilet seat!

It's possible. Why did you share?!?! Is your sister already being treated? If so, you may be safe. Who knows!

Not to be nasty, but if the spoon was used to penetrate your sister, then the answer would be no.
