Chicago, even though it has gotten better over the years, there's still some racial tension politically and personally, but it's not as bad as used to be.

NO tension in ANY US CITY, except those cities where the white male refuses to pay the BLACK WHORE for SEX services rendered, that's when the racial tension gets out of control. Da black HO goes home to tell her husband or pimp dat she never gotz paid for her sex services and, then the black husband and his brothers go on a looting and pillaging rampage in da city.

Cincinnatti, OH, I've never been anywhere else that you can walk around with whites/blacks/hispanics/etc all coexisting, but feel the hatred for each other.
Just look for bad school systems, low income, and a racially diverse population. Its the true melting pot of the USA!

Benton Harbor Michigan. Just had major riots there in the past couple of years and doesn't seem to be much better now.

Any ghetto in any city-----it'll be like 20 blacks in a party store and then I, the only white one will walk in and it'll be all wierd and stuff...
Anywhere where there's a huge amount of one race outnumbering the other would be tense.
