You need a doctor's advice. If it isn't causing problems, an undescended testicle can be left alone. However, there is some evidence that an undescended testicle is prone to becoming cancerous, and some doctors will recomment removing it surgically.

Do you mean an UN-descended testicle? This is a condition usually addressed when boys are young (2-3 years old). Talk to your doctor.

all normal testicles descend, you mean an undecended one. well they had to do surgery and remove the undecended one of richards as it got all twisted inside of him and caused horrid pain, but in many men it does nothing at all, however he became a father and managed to,,,,,,,,,,, well 3 wives and several girlfriends later, ok ill shut upnow.
