id say the boxers cuz of the way they are fabricated. there is a cut between the two bums that is sowed, so basically when getting ur wedgie, it folds in and goes deeper and gives you a nice wedgie

usually boxers because they are sewn together with the seam following the butt crack... briefs dont have a seam in the back so the seam doesnt ride up
