This is merely another tactic by Homeland Security to try and see the women without their panties. Clinton got a big blow from a hoe and Bush thinks everybody but him is the hoe.

It's not surprising when you consider the founders of Google are best friends with Al Gore and gave him stock in the company now worth 200 million dollars.
According to the New York Times, Google hasn't taken umbrage at the prank and (presumably) isn't taking steps to counteract it:
Craig Silverstein, Google's director for technology, says the company sees nothing wrong with the public using its search engine this way. No user is hurt, he said, because there is no clearly legitimate site for "miserable failure" being pushed aside.
Google did find it necessary to censor the web on behalf of the Communist Chinese Government to hide anything to do with human rights and democracy from the Chinese citizens.

Note that Michael Moore is only three hits down on the list.
Fair and balanced.
I'm disappointed that Rush Limbaugh and Al Francken aren't in the top 10 together. Those two extremist pundits deserve the label for dividing this country with hate-mongering broadcasts. They're the ultimate failures because they failed this country by helping to set our own citizens against each other.
Whoa! I just saw the Snopes article posted by another responder. So the presence of Bush and Michael Moore in the top 10 has nothing to do with the presence or lack of those labels on the sites. It's just dirty politics by both sides, as usual.
No wonder Limbaugh and Francken aren't there. They were crowded out by the search-bombing tactics of their loyal sheep.

George W. Bush! My boss told me to search Google for the word "failure" to see what comes up. I was suspicious at first, but terribly amused with the result!

This is certainly an example of the extent the Bush bashers will go to in support of their point of view. Most of us remember the obnoxious little child in the playground in grade school yelling you are stupid at every one in sight. Insecure and a bit of a brat they were but tolerated because we felt sorry for them. Some of those folks just never grew up and now they play on google or with Al Gore.

Strange that it would address George Bush and Michael Moore under the same term.

It's weird, because in the first selection thing (that is a biography of George Bysh) doesn't even have the word failure in it! Haha

Yeah, looks like a googlebomb. Google claimed to have fixed that after the French thing, but apparently not.

It's called Googlebombing a site and involves the scripted code on web sites. Albinoblacksheep.com popularized this with it's googlebombing that put an official looking link that linked to an error message when you typed in "French Military Victories" in google.
