Both are good...
Their comedy is different however....I would say I prefer Family Guy to South Park.....but a better battle would be: Simpsons vs Family Guy.

South Park. I love how it criticizes current events. Besides when I was in high school, we used to watch it at swim team parties, so good memories there.
