No. Doctors use the first day of your last period to determine the due date because even if you know for sure the day you ovulate, pregnancy does not always occur from sex you have that day. Sperm can live inside a woman for 3-5 days so if a woman has sex with someone before they ovulate, and then has sex with someone else on the day she actually ovulates, she will still have to have a DNA test done.

I did with both of my pregnancies. If you're the type who has sex several times a day, seven days a week, it would be almost impossible to know when you conceived. My husband and I are once-a-weekers, so I know when I conceived my two boys. First one was June 7, 2003 (make up sex for an argument the night before, LOL) and the second one was October 17, 2004 (birthday sex). hehe

I think that some do, especially those who are seriously trying to have a baby, and who are carefully monitoring their ovulation and love-making, but I think that the majority do not know for sure the exact day. Down to the week, maybe. I don't even know the week, for sure, since I've never been very regular except when I was on the pill.

No that is why they ask you the date of your last period when trying to determine a due date.
