What will the universe be ?

according to physics (though still not much certain), first it would depend on the size of the two black holes coming near each other, the bigger one should survive and become even bigger. And when two more of less equal sized come near, they might create an explosion like or supernova or a blast of emmense amount of energy while shooting into each other.

(correct me if i am wrong but thinking is what we can do, we don't have any practical physics environment to apply this phenomenon)

Well, if you're saying that the black holes eventually swallow all the matter and energy in the universe, you'd probably get another Big Bang (if you believe in it) -- a black hole is simply a very large mass that creates a gravity well so intense that even light can't escape it; two black holes merging simply increases the mass at the center, and the event horizon of the composite black hole is that much bigger.

It would be reborn ;)

Eventually all matter might be sucked into huge black holes, that in turn consume eachother. Even over great distances as their mass distorts space. Then.. perhaps once all matter and energy are in this one crazy big and dense lump, an atom deep inside sneezes! There is no place for the energy to go, and the ensuing chain reaction of atoms sneezing causes the next big bang...

The universe will continue as it always has. It will keep expanding until it can expand no more. Then, it will contract into a mass the size of an atom. After that, there will probably be another big bang, and the processes that have existed for the past however many years will repeat themselves.

Black holes can't swallow each other. We don't even know how the things work. Maybe they just merge. Who really knows?

Reversed? Since we are uncertain what is at the end of a black hole, it's all conjecture
