You would definitely not be feeling kicking yet if you had a period last month. Any movement by a fetus at this point is imperceptable.
It IS possible, however, to still get pregnant with your tubes tied. Highly unlikely, but it is possibly that a single egg was able to sneak past the obstruction and fertilize.
As I said, this is highly unlikely and probably not the case. Plus if you were spotting for 5 days, this is most likely just an irregular period. They can happen, especially with stress, poor diet, excessive exercise, or if you recently stopped taking 'the pill.' Don't freak out just yet- however lay off the alcohol until you are sure.

It takes a few months into a pregnancy before the baby can be felt kicking, and you'd certainly know you were pregnant by then,
so really, instead of getting yourself all upset and worried, just go see your doctor
It IS possible to become pregnant even though your tubes have been tied, specially if just tied, with no section of the tube removed, but not common.....
I do hope the news you get is what you want to hear......

You may want to go get checked. There is still a possibility to get pregnant when you get your tubes tied. But breast milk will not come out of your boobs until later in the pregnancy like during the last trimester. Go to the doctor and see. Also take a home pregnancy test. You may also have an ectopic pregnancy.

If you have milk leaking from your breast, then you are a whole lot pregnant. Like 7-8 months pregnant. I would go to your doc.

It is possible one of your tubes came untied, and you are pregnant. The only way to know for sure is to take a test, but it is not beyond the realm of possibilities!

Couldn't you take a pregnancy test? If you feel kicking that'd mean the baby would have to be pretty far along... maybe ultrasounds.

Why on earth are you asking the fools on this site??!!! GO TO YOUR DOCTOR. I'm not an expert, but I think that by the time you can feel the baby move, you are WELL along and would definitely know, at that point. PLEASE make an appointment as soon as possible and stop wasting precious time on this goofball site.
