Why do some people get broke off from the government but not others?

Native American people get repayment for what the "white man" did to them. Jewish people get theirs from what hitler did. What do black people get for what happened in slavery?

I don't believe that it is as simple as it seems. First Nations people rarely got fair compensation for the loss of lands. Jewish survivors of the holocaust didn't get anything from the German government except apologises. While African-Americans didn't exactly get their "forty acres and a mule", there have been civil rights laws passed and affirmative action programmes started to at least attempt equality on social and economic fronts.

However, you are not incorrect in your assertion that some ethnic groups fare better at government action than others. Some of it is racism, but a lot of it tends to be based on political diplomacy, usually involving wealth. A way to look at it is that in the 1990s, we sent forces to liberate a wealthy emirate from occupation, but really did nothing with a genocidal civil war was killing millions in a impoverished region of Africa. True, racism might have been a factor, but I suspect that the only colour that is of importance is green.

Several reasons I think:
No one has seriously considered that question
Most of the people who make laws and adjudicate on them are white
Blacks are a minority
The US is for the most part racist

Blacks can't even get their insurance money OWED to them by the insurance companies in New Orleans, forget slavery.

The black slaves are all dead. You took a time machine to the 21st century or think your in the past? If anyone should pay up it is the tribes that enslaved blacks in the first place and sold them to merchants
