Some younger people benefit
if they get 9 hours. Create a

Hi,
I love too sleep.I need at least 9-10 hours each night to be able too function the following day.If ,I didn't get all my sleep,I became real crabby and hard too get along with.I usually get the amount of sleep that I need.Nevertheless,I am going through stressful times in my life and my body is changing in a bad way SO,I have been experiencing insomnia for 11 days know,and it is driving me crazy! i hope that you never experience insomnia!!!!!!!!!!

people in gereral need 8-9 hours. I get about 7-8 throughout the workday, although in broken cycles. On the weekends I get between 3-10.

I need at least five hours. I heard of a study that said less sleep wasnt bad or good. Based on eight hours.
