I wear 4 inch heels everyday without a problem. I wore them in school, for hanging out, shopping, baseball games, everywhere. I just don't wear them at work because I work in a restaurant. I have to do a lot of running around and I'm in and out of the kitchen all night. I wore high heeled boots my first two weeks, and if there was even a drop of water on the floor in the kitchen, I'd slip and go flying. But if I worked in retail or in an office, then yeah, I'd wear them.

Of course. For me, the height of heel doesn't have that much of an effect on comfort -- I look for a well fitting shoe, with enough cushion on the ball of the foot, which is where I pain.
I wouldn't be able to do it for more than two days in a row though, after that it'd be kitten heels or flats for a few days!

I sure can. I wore a 4.5 inch heel and walked around for an entire day because it was election day at my school and I wanted to dress appropriate and formal. Since then, wearing heels have been 'normal' for me. Pain, but beauty has its price.

I'm not capable of keeping my shoes on for entire day. If I'm at my desk for more than 30 minutes, my shoes are off!

Absolutely! I do it often. Being that I'm short...I believe that heels were made for us short-er people to subsidize for the lack in leg length...It also makes your legs look beautiful!
