Can anybody suggest if they can be increased ? How to go about this? Small breast size oftens embrasses me and affects my realtionship and luv for her. We have not seen any doctor for this yet. We are married from last 4 years.

Well if you feel embarassed for appearance sake, then she can use some "padded" bras which may make her breasts look slightly big. otherwise it should not be a problem at all in your love life. Think positively that during sex it is easy to cup in your hands and also you can play with it in many ways and enhance your sexual pleasure. When a person lacks in one area, there will be some compensation and additional endowment in other areas. You are married since last four years and you have let this thing pass for all these time.
So do not take any drastic steps now. think positively. Concentrae on your sex life with her and find ways and means of improving it by experimenting different things..... Breast size differs from woman to woman but down there all are beautiful.... kiss and suck and lick all you can...

I can get that. I think of all the gal friends I have most are in B. Ther real reason for boobs is breast feeding later down the road when thay have kids. Every guy has there own opinion. Did you know in '98 Barbie's boobs shrunk!? lol It's ok dude.

So let me get this straight.
You want her to go through a costly, painful and potentially risky procedure just to satisfy your shallow justification of love?
What happens if the breast implant surgery has complications and she is seriously ill from it? Are you really man enough to be there for her "in sickness and in health"?
What happens if years down the road one of both of the implants leak? Are you going to require her to undergo another costly, painful and potentially risk surgery just to satisfy your shallow needs?
What would you do if she was, for whatever reason, in poor health when the implants became defective and she could not safely have the operation? Is that grounds for divorce?
Maybe you should agree that she will have the breast implants done if you agree to have your penis surgically removed because people as shallow as you should not be allowed to reproduce!
I think that you are smart enough to realize, based on the vast majority of comments you have received, that you are being viewed as a totally shallow man who bases love on the physical features of a lady instead of who she truly is.
How in the world could small breasts embarrass you? If you desire bigger breasts - fantasize about them while you make love to her but first - you truly need to love her.
I hope that you learn from this and learn how to love her and accept her completely - as she is!

Wow, what a shallow person you are. I guess her breast shrunk after you were married? Why is it just now a problem? I hope she leaves you. And if she doesn't, you better hope that she doesn't have an affair and find out that you can get a penis in an adult size.

Your wife will have an affair with someone she loves, right under your nose, and you'll still be worried about her small breasts.

Your wife has NO control over the size of her breasts, determined by hormones and genes. Regardless of whether she is a A, B or C cup, she is still a female. Age has nothing to do with size.
Implants carry significant risks. If you truly love your wife, you love her the way nature made her. Stop thinking with your penis, grow up, and love her as she is.

It's not her fault they might be small - anyway, who's to say they are small? What size are they?
