No sue the guy for tormenting you. If yahoo ignores your cries for help then you can try and do something. Suing someone takes to much time and money, you'll go through years of your lawsuit and then turns out you get nothing but a bill to your lawyer. I would leave it alone and block the dude that is bothering you.
