Depending on what you mean by 'Internet File'. Look on your desktop for a trashcan and double-click this. Your missing file may be there. If you're referring to a web page, press CTRL-H which calls up your HISTORY and check there for recently visited links.

tree ways windows update from the start menu will take you to the web and you can download IE from Microsoft and also download firefox just in case.
second you can use the system restore and go to an earlier date that will also do very well.
third you can insert your windows CD and make a repair windows not a install this will leave your files alone.

u won't get it back but there will be an Index file if u open that u can see all the site u visited but normally it can't be open by u ,
