My 12 year old daughter desperatly wants to do some acting...but more than ever singing!! She wants to try acting for the disne Channel or even the family channel. She is has a great sense of animatation and she is very comfortalble with herself. She also sings so beautifully. If Acting doesn't cut out for her...she wants to sing...she wants some tips on how to go about doing this...who does she contact...how does she get a hold of them...etc..etc.

Get her an agent.
Get her into a performing arts school.
Get her into local shows and tape them.
She needs experience and a resume.
Get her some head shots.
Take her to casting calls.
It only takes one good day to get her a show.
You just have to try.

TV channel is a good start. Fine Arts Societies, Clubs, that promote talent in youngsters and give them chance, put them up on stage in front of audience, would give you the lead. Real good talent is bound to get noticed. Keep at it, give all possible encouragement to the child, she will certainly be a star one day!
