Try placing a warm compress on the ingrown hair.
See if that will bring it to a head, and then try to extract it.

Plucking (tweezing), Shaving, Depilatory creams and Waxing are temporary hair removal methods.
Waxing usually lasts for 3 weeks, but it is painful.
Electrolysis and laser hair removal are "permanent" hair removal methods but are expensive and you have to find a trained professional, otherwise your skin could be damaged.

aight, this sounds painful but if you do this right you will be ok. take a straight needle or a pair of small tweezers and go right to the area and pull the hair out .... it works for me. if you don't remove it the will continue to grow until it resurfaces and leaves craters in\on your face.which will spawn the words ( Craterface )
