Get a dog... they love to chase ducks, aren't afraid of the water and will jump in after them.

Put a swimming pool cover or tarp over it when you're not using it. This will keep the bugs and grass and things out as well.

The easiest solution I can think of is to get a pool cover. Sorry, I can't think of anything else.

NOTHING! Ducks are so super cute... I'd cry if I saw them in my pool. Especially if they had babies.. awwwwwwwwwwwwww.
