At that time of the month I feel so depressed and always to use the bathroom. At school I hate moving around because I feel the blood come out. What can I do?

use an overnight pad to school - they are twice the size as the regular ones , don't worry though, no one can tell you are wearing a bigger pad

Its normal to feel depressed. If you're unsure, use a tampon and a pantyliner or small Always, at least you'll know you're not bleeding all over the place. Otherwise grin and bear it, it isn't going away any time soon and you might as well make the best of it for the next 40 years or so.
Good Luck

I definately agree with the other try switching to Tampons there much more comfortable For the Heavy Flow and it is normal not to feel quite right during that time but if its serious depression you should see a doctor.

During your menses, in fact just before, your hormone level change.

Have you ever thought of using a tampon? You don't have to change it as often, but easy to do during a bathroom break. If you don't know how to use them, ask your mother, a female friend or close relative.

Go to the OBGYN, get put on something that lessens the flow, and perhaps decreases your monthly to every third month or so.

If you can use tanpons use them - you won't feel the blood come out.

Or, wear pads with higher absorbency level to feel more secure.
