The purpose of the resume is to open the door for an interview. By Good Resume, I am assuming that although you are technical, you want to highlight your business degree skills as well.

Most companies use keywords to sort resumes before people's eyes do. So optimize your chances. Go online to Monster or Hot Jobs or whatever, and observe how companies describe your dream job, then put that in your resume.

Start some sort of universe, I suppose...put little people on it and make them do your bidding. Threaten them with dark type stuff and gnashing of teeth. Maybe those technical skills will come in handy with that sort of thing. Now, get some of your faithful to start kicking down 10%... call it protection money, or a tithe or something. Have your managers work out of a compound in Waco, or Italy or somewhere...pull that off and you should have that business degree and god resume in no time

I would suggest you take some professional help (for FREE) from MS word which has inbuilt resume templates for making your resume.

You can also follow the step-by-step instruction to make your free resume, using the resume builder provided with MS office.

Resume styles differ according to profession, and sources of sample resumes are available in my profile, check my profile for more details, all the best :)

your resume should sell yourself by highlighting things that the employer would benefit from

its not about you, its about what youv'e got that the employer wants

perhaps you should visit an employment office or professional resume preparer, it will be worth the effort
