Your penis when it is not horny is way above average. Talk to your doctor about it. When you are horny, it is average. Plus, talk to your doctor about the amount it grows when you get horny. It should grow about four inches when you get horny. Since it is so large already, maybe that is natural for it to only grow one and three quarter inch, plus it's good that it only grows so little because if it grew a few inches like it's supposed to, it would be about eleven inches when horny. Talk to your doctor because something is wrong. Penises are usually six inches long when horny. Also, you have a big dick for your age. Bigger than usual. Talk to your doctor.

for only age 14 that is above average... if this is your size at 14 then it probably wont grow much more throughout the rest of your teenage years...
