Indian food. It's hands-down the tastiest. Plus, the majority of it is healthy too. Sometimes restaurants tend to make it too rich (but, it tastes good that way), so if you make it at home it will be a lot healthier for you.

Chinese food is the only way I'll eat any vegetables. Seems like they sneek them into every dish without me noticing I'm eating them and they taste good somehow.

I also love Greek/Middle eastern food. Hummus and Pita, Gyro, Shwarma, Baba Ganoush..Yumm

I love exotic Filipino dishes specially those that come from the province of Pampanga.
1). Betuteng Tugak ( broiled or fried stuffed frogs). Skinned frogs stuffed with diced onions, tomatoes celery and ground pork deep fried or charcoal broiled
2). Ginisang Kamaru (sauteed mole crickets). mole crickets sauteed in garlic, onions and tomatoes then fried to a crisp.
3). Burung asan (fish in rice ferment) gurami fish fermented with rice sauteed in onions, garlic, ginger and tomatoes and stuffed in mustasa leaves or used a pate' with cooked vegetables like eggplant. ampalaya or bitter gourd. okra, etc.
You got to try it. Its a culinary challenge.

Chinese, japanese, Korean, Thail and vietnamese are all good.

If I have to pick only one, I will say chinese because it has regional cuisines that offer different style and tastes. I love seafood.
