Unlike men, women must use toilet paper and wipe from front to back, if not the smell of urine stays on them and on their panties and it can get a really nasty smell if not cleaned properly.

No they do not shake it. Girls wipe off with toilet paper and wipe from front to back. That's why it's important to have toilet tissue that's absorbant.
