You have to open up a different account for them. Yahoo is different from, say, AOL in that it doesn't offer multiple "screen names." This is because it isn't downloadable software but is web-based mail.

Anyway, you just go to your Yahoo account and make sure you sign out. Then a new page will appear asking you to either log in or else sign up. Click "sign up" and then follow the steps to create a new account for someone.
