Blood type has nothing to do with what foods you can eat.

Probably 80% of the people in the world have no idea what blood type they are.

I wasn't aware that there was a specific diet recommended for each blood type. As far as i know Diet should be based on sound nutritional practices, like correct calorie intact, correct nutrient intake, a healthy balance of all the food groups and things like this.

I'm A- too and I read the book "Eat Right For Your Type" and if I remember correctly, A-'s are best when they are limiting meat and eating tons of vegetables.

Ask your doctor mac, not strangers who might try and make you sick. And anyway, it doesn't matter what your blood type is you can still eat anything you want.
