She is suffering from low self estem issues and needs to seek professional counseling. This is not only unhealthy but extreamly dangerous, not only has she subjected herself to being exposed to chlamydia, syphilis, ghonorehea, hpv, hiv, hep b&c, but also she has increased her chances of developing cervical cancer 10 fold. There are some underlying issues that need to be address and only a professonal therapist can help her with these issues.
