i need the shorter eleventh edition of this book for an AP English class..and i know that amazon has it for about $32..does anyone know where i can buy it for a cheaper price?

It seems like all of the hits on Google either quote the same Amazon price or link back to it. You may have to cough up the $32.00 if you can't find it at the college bookstore.
I noticed that a previous responder took a swipe at you for being poor.
Good grief. Try not to be discouraged by sick people. I see a lot of mindless hatred like that on this BBS, but I never figured I'd see any reponses like that to a book search question.
Apparently there's so much hate to go around in this country that there's enough to infringe even on innocent topics such as this.

It's usually worth it for a 'critical edition'. Nortons are some of the best buys in textbooks because you can use them all your life and they have a wide range of material - things you should read and hopefully some things you like to read as well - and with some explanation. Really, it's a good book to own- and so much cheaper than other texts - even for 32$ See if you can share with someone in class?

Then again....$32 is cheap
