I know how you feel - I never used to be too!
But when you're into the working world, there'll be times I guarantee when you'll look back at school and think about the "good old days"...or how easy it was in comparison!
I finished school in 2004...did professional training and now work as a commercial pilot and laboratory technician for a gold mine...
So when I'm getting up to start work at 2am and do a 12 hour shift...sometimes I stop and think "geez, school was sweet compared to this!"
Trust me...school sucks, but when you're out - then you'll wish you were back!
Believe me, you won't think that now - or will you believe that you'll ever think it...but you will in the end! :-)
Enjoy it while you can - and enjoy your friends - look on the bright side!

I would be more excited if I were one of the ones going back. My father always used to say that he thought I was going to be a professional student.

I droped out of school and I'm making $24 an hour there is hope for all of us stupid people. Well I'm not so much stupid but I lack caring for anything school related. I droped out after year 4 so I at least got most of the education.
I'm so happy I never need to go back.

I been done wit school for two years. But it does mean less people in the house during the day, so yeah I guess i am happy it is starting.

Yes! That means that all the kids go back & I take my non-school aged children to places during the day w/o it being crowed. I'm dying to go to the mall but am waiting for the back-to-school shoppers to leve!!
