They will give you a pelvic exam and from the exam they can see if you are still a virgin or not. You can also call a gyn and ask specifically what they do, any doctor will explain it to you.

There is no actual "virgin test" that is performed by a doctor. A doctor might perform a pelvic exam to determine the condition of your vaginal opening and to see if there are any abrasions or tearing of the hymen. The hymen is a thin piece of tissue at the very opening of the vagina. Sometimes the hymen is intact all the way across and might have little holes in it to allow the menstrual flow to come out, but that is very rare. Girls hymens can be torn by other reasons than having sex. Sometimes sports such as gymnastics, horseback riding or bicycling can cause the hymen to tear, as well as the use of tampons, and masturbation. Also, depending on how the hymen is shaped and thickness, etc, it is possible to have had sex and not have the hymen torn, only stretched. So there are no absolutes.

read this and the only thing they can check for is abrasions on the walls of vagina or scars.
ASK THE EXPERTS: QUESTION
Some people believe that an intact hymen — the thin tissue that stretches across part of a girl's vaginal opening at birth — is proof of a woman's virginity. In some cultures, the presence of a hymen is very important. Because of this, some doctors will perform a procedure called "hymenoplasty" — an expensive and often painful type of surgery that "reattaches" the hymen after it's been stretched open, in order to make it appear that the woman has never had vaginal intercourse.

The vast majority of people in the U.S. do not believe that the condition of the hymen is an accurate definition of virginity. Most people agree that women and men lose their virginity the first time they have penile-vaginal intercourse. (Others believe that virginity can be lost through anal or oral intercourse.) There is no way that this can be "undone" in order for a person to become a virgin again.

It's true that the hymen can be stretched open the first time a woman has vaginal intercourse, but it can also be stretched open before that — through insertive masturbation or sex play, or non-sexual activities like using tampons or playing sports.

Hope this information helps!

Take care,

There is no such thing as a "virgin test".

The only way a gynecologist can detect if a female has had intercourse is if there is scaring on her cervix and vag.inal tissue bruising or tearing (in results of rapes as example). However, a rape is mostly consist of brutal attack and forceful which cause's the damage. Only way it can cause the damage in a willing female is if she is tense and it is rough.

The hy.men says nothing about intercourse. My hymen was intact even when I started having sex. It wasn't until around my 7th time my hymen tore a little.

However, if a doctor insist you are not a virgin. They are not allowed to disclose such information to parents due to youth confidentially act. Parents are not even allowed in the room if the minor doesn't want them present. What the child says to the doctor is confidential.

However, a doctor only can break the confidential act is if the child is being abused or rape. Then the doctor has to report it by law.

When a parent says "I will take you to the doctor to see". Basically that parent is bluffing you to see if you finally cave in to see if you are honest. They want to see if you get very nervous. If you do, they will even more suspect it.

If you got nothing to hide, then it wouldn't be a big deal. If you do have something to hide, you will be very upset about it making your parents go "ah ha!"

Trust me, my mom pulled that one me before. I was a virgin up til I became an adult.

Teens masturbate as well. A dildo can do the same as a male's pen.is. Comes in all shapes and sizes and textures.

You can refuse the test. You are entitled to your body and who is allowed to look and touch it. If you say no, by law doctor's can't touch you.

USA standards that is.

Have to check with your country if outside the US. However, there is some countries who go with the hymen theory: East Indian, some Asian cultures and tropical tribals. Virginity is declared by intercourse. Other countries declare it by hymen.

I am going to put it like this If your parent(s) say they will take you to the doctor to find out if you are sexually active they can Tampons do not break the Hyman all the back-stepping answers you want to use will not change the fact because it not just based on the Hyman the doctor can tell how long you have been active by the way it looks inside there if you would have been molested as a baby but didn't have sex since that the doctor could tell Trust Me if your trying to hide something I would be honest with your parent(s) now because if you are lying now your going to be busted.

This is actually a real "test". My God. Never heard of that one but if someone wanted to check they would see if your hymen is intact. That is NOT a good way to detect either as you could have had an accident (where you hit that area hard, etc) as a child or older adult and it wouldn't be intact because of that incident.

See, Virgin is not always physical tests, even it is important.
You are right, hymen could be broken by any how, but your PURITY will not.

If your hymen broken, but the real criterion or criteria are your SOUL, or emotions or breaths.

I kept my Virgin till my wedding date, 28 years old. I am enjoing that and I am very proud for that to my childs, to my wife, and to myself and the most for my God.

I have had this test and to tell if your a virgin they will look how BADLY the hymen is torn. If it torn just a little bit then they will know it's a tampon or accident. If it's torn badly then you will INSTANTLY know that the girl is not a virgin.
