I am always cold. It is out of control. I think people who tend to be cold have thinner blood, so you're losing your heat faster. Do you live in a warm climate like Arizona or California? That could be it. I'm from AZ and so my blood is so thin that 74 degrees to on the nippy side!

Few options why:
1) your skinny
2)your attached to the air conditioner too long
3)global warming could of caused the weather to decrease and increase unknowingly
4)you miss the cold weather lol

Maybe your air conditioner is turned up too high. Other than that do you have poor circulation? Try putting on some warm clothes and some socks or getting under a blanket.

I get that too. Are you in A/C? Sometimes if I'm sitting here I will freeze up. You could have poor circulation. Do you smoke? I used to smoke and would freeze my butt off all the time.

Check for a thyroid issue. A lot of times it can make you feel really cold when you're metabolism is not working correctly.
