My cousin and her friend came over and I went swimming with them and stuff and than that night I went to sleep in my room I take meds to keep my self asleep. I than wake up in the middle of the night with her friend right next to me with her hand on me asleep! I quickly get up and take her back to where she was sleeping and havent told any one when I woke up she acted like nothing happen. Should I tell or let this go?

It looks like you are having a hard time understanding the whole thing.. and to tell you the truth, we can't be sure either. We don't know how old you are, or if you are male or female, and exactly where her hand was. I think if you have the kind of parents that you can talk to that I would bring it up with one of them and ask them to help you understand it and what to do. I think you did very well, by the way.
something kind of like that happened to me one time. I woke up to find someone laying next to me on the bed and with their hand on me,,, I got up quickly also and the person acted like nothing happened. So you did the right thing,,, and I would want my child to feel free to talk to me about things.

What could either of you possibly gain from bringing it up. It's not like she attacked you with wanton lust. Her intetion could have been completely innocent or even if it wasn't it's not she was probably pretty humiliated to be put back in her bed. If you make an accusation you're more likely to mess her up further. If something happens that looks intentional you should contact authorities but if you have no proof don't stir up trouble for this girl.

Kids freakin 10 years old, at someone elses house, prolly got scared and went to your bed. You didn't wake up (after all your on meds) so the kid lays down and hugs you like a teddy bear. I say the kids 10, but who knows

I don't think she raped you. I think she fell asleep next to you and rolled over at some point, flopping her arm on top of you. It was a harmless mistake.

it was probably just an honest mistake that her hand was on you. 10 yr olds like to cling to people they like, well actually that's all kids in general...so she was probably just sleeping next to you b/c she liked you as a friend, with her hand on your side or something and it wwas probably just an honest mistake.
