I need some high school or jr. high girl to tell me the style in portland. wat shoes jeans, handbags, ect. are in style.

Inner city portland is still more hip hop ish (you know - wanna be gangsta).

Outskirts of Portland...go to urban outfitters, abercrombie and fitch, old navy, target (teens area). My sons shop online and I know all their girls - friends - shop at Urban.
