I'm not sure what you mean by 'bunny rugs,' but I just guessing I think I'd go with the cotton, because it's usually a nicer fabric to have next to your skin, since it breathes better. Not sure if that helps at all!

cotton breaths so these really are the best. They are a natural product i would go for these for a baby. Put your hand down their back to feel the skin this will let you know if the baby is warm enough
