Since you have identified in your last paragraph things that you dont have (which are presumably important to you), you need to go about getting these things, and stop letting your wife control you. You appear to have run through a whole ream of options to "fix" you in the last year, expecting instant results, undoing decades of damage wont happen overnight. I suggest you go back to therapy, this time to someone who will focus on changing your mindset and setting achievable goals to get those things you see as desirable, as opposed to endlessly rehashing your past.

I haven't bothered searching for it but I think you can find it in the old manuals of the OSS and KGB and, at present, in the closed circles of criminal syndicates and terrorists. Try also the malevolent hackers and crackers. Hopefully, by the time you got to them, somebody else from law enforcement has gotten into you.
