Any costume shop should have it. Just make sure you get something two sizes smaller than you should be wearing. To look Nacho Libre isn't so much about the cape and mask...it's about bursting at the seams!

Since no one seems to have made the definitive costume I would try to buy the pieces separately.
1) go to a dance wear store/online store and you'll need a pair of baby blue cotton dance tights. Also buy a pair of red tights - you can cut them up and make the knee pads.
2) try going to a swimwear/sports store and buy a red speedo.
3) capes can be bought at any Halloween costume store
4) the boots you can probably get also at a sports store or online at a wrestling store, could be expensive. Maybe try red converse high tops.

Oh my God! When you find this out will you please post it or something? I've been looking for the same thing for my husband. He'll win first place for sure! Not sure if that's a good thing or not?
