I want to study abroad for my senior year of high school ,and would like to know about either one of these countries from someone`s personal experience.

The first consideration can you speak , Spanish or Portuguese?
If it was me I would select Brazil.
The country is very open to foreigners and is fairly cheap to live.
Brazil is one of the future countries in the world.
Argentina is very cheap to live at the moment.
Spain would be the safest to live, but the most expensive due to the Euro.
