if u know how to use a torrent softwere i dont think u would need any help...but if u dont then this is how to go about doing it:- first get a good torrent downloding softwere(eg: utorrent, bitcomit..)...now that u have it find a good traker site.most trakers(eg: piratebay) are eazy to get but if u want a reliable one u need to get an invitation from someone..trakers just keeps track anyone who wants to upload or download a file..all u have to do is download a .torrent file from a tracker and open it with a download softwere...now if u r interested in sharing(or might be a lil piracy) then the the download softwere provides a feature to make a torrent for a given file just upload this .torrent file to the tracker..

Download a file sharing program.
I use Ares Galexy. IT has NO SPYWARE with it. The selections are great and it is FREE. No purching any AD free versions or any kind of crap like that.
