Yes, you can upgrade for $17.99 plus tax for more than 12 months, just be sure to let them know you want the same price
a little before your 12 months expire. Ask them to email or write you when your fee is about to expire.

Check their website and plug in your phone number. There is an 'upgrade' button you click and it will let you know if you qualify for the upgrade.
