My weakness is beautiful, cute women, how do i get over that? because i am horrible at talkin to girls?

I feel your pain! I have the same problem with girls at school. :^)
All I can do when they look at me is just smile and turn away, I can barely look at them, let alone talk to them! It's so embarrassing!

Anyway, enough about me. I think your problem is that you're goin'
for the "good stuff" too soon; if you know what I mean. ;^)
You need to get experience with girls that aren't so attractive that you lose your nerve! It helps to be comfortable around women before you go all out! It's like the everyday situation with the "hot"
water in the bathtub; It'll be to painful to jump right in- you need to test the water first... then make your move!

Yeah, practice on the less attractive women first. The really stunnig ones probably make you nervous. Who knows, you might discover that the average-looking women have something to offer too ... like intelligent conversation, good humour, a kind heart, sweet disposition, and fantastic blow jobs.
