I moved about a year and a half ago because my dad got a job offer, i left behind my life and friends.i'v had a ruff year and a half here, but have finally got some good friends here now, and a good job.Im in my last year of high school and my dad has gottin a new job offer about an hour and a half away from where we use to live. He says that if we were to move that I could finish the rest of the year(my last year) where i use to live before we had moved. He says i can either stay here till the year is over and be on my own afterwards, or go with them now and finish at my old high school.
I admit im not happy where im at now, but its what im use to now. I just now finally got some real friends, and a great job, but on the other hand iv got friends iv known for years and a town i know better and like better than where im at now.
Should I stay here and finish school and try to make it on my own, or should i go back with them and finsih school with old friends and then be on my own

Well, you said it yourself that you are not happy with where you are now. So that's a big part of the answer to your question. Friends that you've known for friends are generally the friends that you will keep for life. Friendship is the biggest part of a young persons life and maybe finishing your last year of high school with them will be really fun and rewarding. Even though you are used to where you are now, you can get used to where you used to live again - and it will be MUCH easier because you know everything about the town where you are possibly moving back to.
Being on your own directly after high school is difficult. I did it, it was fun at times, but I wish that I would have lived with my Mom a little longer after school (She moved across the USA so now I don't get to see her very much anymore). If you move back to where your friends live maybe you can get a room mate and that might me a lot more fun.
This is what I do when I am trying to make decisions (It's kind of stupid and generic, but oh well). I make two lists of positives and negatives of each of my options. That way I can see what I am dealing with. I don't necessarily chose the one with the most positives, but what I really want most of all.

Hmmm...tough choice.
Questions to ask yourself-
(1) If you are not college bound, does this job have the promise of advancement? Can you get a job equal to it or better where you used to live? Is joining the military in your plans???
(2) How close emotionally are you to your dad? Would you like to live closer to him? People don't live forever.
(3) If you move back, are you going to have to commute an hour and a half each way to get to and home from school??? Can you handle getting up that much earlier, and getting home that much later???
I know this is not much of an answer, but while answering these questions, an answer may come to you.

if ur not happy, then it's better that u go back to ur old school... but then u have to think, will i be happier there??? do u still talk 2 ur old friends??? if not, then u might get there and find they've totally changed... If i were you, i'd wanna move back to where my old friends were, cuz i'd b a happier person.

make a list of pro's and cons...and see which side has more to offer on it.
do what your gut tells you...
If i was you..i think i would go back....
just remember...be happy! senior year should be that way!

home is where the heart is. go back to where you started out at, that way you have your parents with you and your old friends.
