and where can i find a good broker to do it?

use an online broker like etrade, scottrade, or ameritrade. It'll cost about $7 to $10. They'll help get your acct set up, and even move your holdings from another brokerage.

If you just want to sell the shares, you should get a discount broker and not a full broker, because you'll save at least 80%. Put a sell order to sell the shares when they get to a certain price or higher. A broker will allow you to deal with shares in the stock market, like AMEX, NASDAQ, or NYSE. However, you have to make sure your share is traded at that stock exchange (your broker should know, or you should research it).

Your bank might very well sell those shares for you. Call them and ask them. Most banks will perform that service. They will be a little more expensive than an on line broker, but if this is just a one shot deal for you it will be much less hastle.
