She's drunk and was screaming at him about stuff that didn't make sense, really unintelligble and he tried defending himself before he did that. Before that they were acting normal...their friends broke it up.
Police don't tend to show up if we call them. Hmm.

Oh and i don't have weapons but i'm a mother, so police is best i can try to do? they don't seem to show up though, not even if we saw someone deal drugs?

Yeah, I would call them. You don't know how far the fight would go, and something serious may happen. You don't want to be stuck with that in the back of your head.

Yes. You don't know what is going on, and a police officer can help sort that out. Plus if someone does get hurt, a 911 call will probably be necessary.

if he hit her then yes call the police if they're just arguing and it's not bothering you and they're not violent then no you don't have too but otherwise yes
