If they are salaried employees of a Brothel that pays their Social Security benifits and they are terminated based on agism or another apperance judgement? Yes, the can contest the termination and it's virtually impossible for the Brothel to win judgement against them.

Oh yes, of course they can collect. All they have to do is go down to their local unemployment office and file the paperwork and make sure they put down "male prostitute, laid off due to wrinkles and flab." *laugh*

I believe this would fall more into the Workers Compensation category rather than Unemployment due to the fact that it was something that occurred while they were working that resulted in them being unable to work.

It sounds pretty far-fetched to me. Prostitution is illegal in most places, and the money that changes hands is under the table. Just my personal opinion.

I think they should be able to collect disability - purely because they have lost the skills they need for work. Or maybe they could turn to pimping. They'd have to train up on the pimp slap though...
