well, i dated this girl that i cared about, and I recently told her how i felt towards her. She said she likes me, and is attracted to me, but isnt ready for a relationship right now, which devistated me when she told me. We still hang out alot, and just the other day when i was getting over her, she came to my work with coffee from her work. Her work was 30 minutes away from mine, and that surprised me. Then later that night I was at a party, and I told her to come to my party and she did, but left within 10 minutes because she didnt know anybody, but i introduced her to my friends. People say she still likes me, but needs time...

Girls are the mist confusing people in the world. If she took out time from her schedule to pencil you in, that is a sign that she could have feelings towards you, but I wouldn't get your hopes up because she might want to remain friends. Get to know her better and let her get to know you. Make sure you guys communicate and tell her not to lead you on if she does not like you. Good Luck!! Also, talk to God because he will help you with women. You'll need all the help you can get!!

Well it sounds that she does like you... she just needs time to decide how much. Relationships grow over time the best are the longest. So just let her be her, if it is meant to be she will like you more later and it will be better. In the mean time just be friends and be available as much as you can, as she is searching in her heart how she feels. Women are very complex and need their space to make up their minds. Us men have to sit around and wait, until the get it straight in their head how they feel about us.
Good Luck , just don't push, give her all the rope she needs. Patience is a virtue.

Give her time. It takes some people longer than others to be ready. She will appreciate you for being patient and not pressuring her. You are showing her that you really care about her by being her friend and not abandoning her as soon as she does not give you what you desire. Take it slow. What is the rush? The chase is part of the fun!

she sure still likes u. if she left early from ur party, that doesn't mean that she doesn't like u, she just didn't feel comfortable with the people around, or may be she wasn't ready 2get introduced 2ur friends, also she may be still not sure of her emotions and she didn't know what u said 2ur friends abt her, that also might have made her uncomfortable.
she doesn't hate u, but she's probably confused as much as u.
talk with her more. one thing i'm sure abt is that she likes u, but u need 2talk with her more. good luck with u & her. :)

She sounds just as confused as you are don't mention this topic to her and see if see comes around to you. If she don't mention it again in a couple of weeks. But try not to scare her off w/ this. If she wants to see you she will and if she wants to do something w/ you (like lunch) do it. Don't completely back off but just stray from this subject for now.
