@Bryony: i like Beetlejuice and Moulin Rouge! you're no longer on my own in any respect! For me that's Ghost Rider, Spiderman 3, Indiana Jones 4, marvelous 4 video clips, organic Born Killers, Platoon (rather unusual. that's heavily acclaimed and no one i understand likes it), massive, Avatar, Strictly Ballroom, Australia, Romeo + Juliet, The English affected person.

I remember when this movie came out in the theaters and looked totally unappealing. The we got it for the Beta-Max (I think it really was that long ago!)!!!
This movie has fantastic special effects for it's time as well as a creative and well thought out cast and storyline. It's too adult oriented, and at the same time not too kid-like. A wonderful, always favorite family movie that I'm not worried about my kids watching!

It's dark, interesting comedy. I loved Michael Keaton in the title role. Great movie from director, Tim Burton.

I think it is a fabulous movie - it is one of my favorites. Micheal Keaton is really good as Beetlejuice - I just won't say that three times.

One of my favorites! That is the movie that made me fall in love with Wynona Rider's acting. It is definitely an original.
I bet I have bought at least 10 copies of this one over the years, each generation of kids we have in our family still loves this movie. So it gets worn out and I have to go get another one.

That is such a great movie.It is witty, funny, entertaining, and a true classic although it was made twenty years ago. I totally agree that I haven't seen anything quite like it.

have to agree with you there, but i just love tim burton.
i used to watch beetlejuice all the time when i was a kid.
i finally broke down and bought it.
michael keaton was freakin AWESOME!!! best role he ever did...
