I just read that before people knew there were 9 planets and had only discovered 5, the horoscope signs all shared planets and mars ruled scorpio as well as aries, i wonder if it will go back to that?

pluto rules scorpio? i never knew that...now my sign doesnt have a ruler :(

Scorpio's ruling planet may go back to being Mars, it's original planetary ruler before the discovery of Pluto.

Well, they planned on following it up by getting rid of all Scorpios, and making it illegal to have a child during that month until they find a new planet.

that is a very good question, but what i think is the better question is who ruled Scorpio before they discovered pluto? by answering that question you most likely will answer your first question

Only mars rule the scopio not the pluto pluto doesn't have rule by anything it is asteriods

well of course, Mars, like it always has, but just because someone redefines "planet" doesn't mean Pluto's influence is any less.
