I am living in Los Angeles. A fruit distributor rents a warehouse that is next to my apartment. The fruit and vegetable have been perished and that distributor did not clean or take care the trash. After a few days, everyone in the apartment smelled and the trash is very stink. I want to know what I should do. I have tried Dept of Public Health in LA, but no use. Does anyone have another number I can contact to report such condition?

Go to the public health department in person and file a complaint.
Ask for a copy, encourage your neighbors to do the same. They will ignore what they can, what is in writing and duplicates they will get on and take care of. Be prepared to report it to the county, after the city, and then the state dept of health. I'd do it all at once, for best results.
