I don't really get your question, but let me help you anyway, if it's possible.
First of all, you need to get familiar with the FMLA, or the Family Medical Leave Act. It states that an employee can allow you leave for up to 12 weeks. After that, it is up to the company to allow you more time. They can, after the 12 weeks if you do not return, demote you or allow someone else to take your position. During the 12 weeks, if you are under medical leave by permission from your doctor, you are able to keep your medical insurance as long as you keep up the payments. However, after the 12 weeks, what happens with you and your position is up to the company, and they do not have to follow the FMLA. Your best bet is to get familiar with the laws of FMLA, and then see if you have a case against your employer. Hope this helps.
