Absolutely. You always should. You never know who might walk in at any time. Maybe someone had forgotten something and they would come into the public sections of the house at any time, the bathroom is a PRIVATE PLACE

In the bathroom not in my bedroom, yes. My roommate might come home. In the one in my bedroom? No, but I usually have my bedroom door closed anyway.

I don't even close it when my husband and mother are home.The only time I close the door is when I take a shower.
